all is back as it was m8 we had back up files for movies n tv as we were having problems as all appears well we have combined them

Is anyone else having problems at peak times at weekends?
Im having trouble getting anything to play without buffering/loading every few minutes on Fri/Sat/Sundays. Ive tried on Nowtv,PC,Ipad and theyre all the same on movies and TV. Dont think it can be just local to me as I have multiple subs and I get complaints all the time at weekends and my BB speed is more than enough to cope with the streams. I switched to another server last night and had no issues at all??????

right guys ive had a few messages about the film server buffering etc and have been working on it for the last few days
i believe it is a problem with the transcoder again this time its basically eating space on the working side of the server (eg when you watch a movie its copying all the data to the working drive) if the transcoder was glitch free it would delete this data once you guys had finished watching your movie alas atm it isn't so we are having to monitor the space and manually delete the aforementioned data
i am in touch with plex support over this issue and they say they are working on a fix till then ill do my best to keep the service running as it should be

Thanks for the update Marky. Hopefully you can find a fix for this as its been unwatchable again this weekend on the TV and Movie folders. Everything is back to normal again today, only ever weekends that this happens.

Folks when your watching a film and you want start of at a point where you left off, on the NOW TV box its a no can do. Also some films don't play at all.  OK on the Ipad.  Also on the NOW TV box when your watching a t.v series episode e.g. the wire, usually 10 minutes before the end it knock off.  There seems to be major problems using PLEX on Now T.V box but not anywhere else.

P.S I have tried changing buffering speed, resetting the router etc but with no joy.

Just to let you know, The movies folders are down again.
Unable to access any of them....message is .."Unavailable" for all movies
TV Shows are working OK Though..

Daughter just informed me that the movies are now working.

For anybody experiencing the same issues I have been getting with programs ending early etc.

Folks apparently Roku has released an update that has changed the tanscoder to a legacy transcoder instead of Universal transcoder. This can be easy fixed (Roku Preferences -> Advanced Preferences -> Transcoder and then change it to Universal)

4 euro a month is great but since i started this every weekend the movies buffer and are unwatchable. Great service during the week but not good enough at the weekend, im sorry.
